Zhao Qian

(b.1990, Jiujiang, Jiangxi) in China. He based on his experiences and imagination to develop the project “A Field Guide” since 2014. He focuses on human actives and the translation process between images and different subjects. This project recently has solo exhibited in the Lianzhou Museum of Photography (Lianzhou, China), Houston Center for Photography (Houston, USA). His work has appeared in group exhibitions in UCCA Center for Contemporary Art (Beijing, China), Museum of Contemporary Art (Zagreb, Croatia), K11 Art Foundation (Shenyang, China). Zhao Qian is the recipient of the 2019 Annual Photography Fellowship Awards by Houston Center For Photography and named as a finalist for the Huayu Youth Award 2020.
